CHUCK RAINWATER:  BIO

Born & raised in the Midwest, Chuck served 4 years active duty in the USAF (1966-1970).  Following graduation from college he became a Licensed/Ordained minister.   His last 17 years of pastoral ministry were served in the Spokane, Washington area. He and his wife of 53 years also had a successful business providing full time care for disabled adults. Following retirement they moved to Sun City Festival where they have been active in numerous clubs and activities.  Chuck and Brenda are well known in our community.  Always enjoying serving others, Chuck became a HomeSmart Real Estate agent, helping others fulfill their retirement dream.  Character, integrity, and commitment to serving my clients are foundational to this business.  I look forward to assisting you with the marketing of your home and/or helping you find a new home here in this award winning community.
